Vittone - Our history

1980-1990

The company Vittone was founded in the early 1980s by brothers Mario and Giacomo Vittone.

The first productions focused on small plows, such as fixed and reversible single-furrow plows. Later, Mario Vittone shifted production towards medium and large-sized plows, adding subsoilers and cultivators to the product line.

Vittone began developing innovative mechanisms, such as hydraulic shifting for plows and the hydraulic depth control system for rollers.

In the 2000s, Mario’s firstborn, Alessandro, joined the company, and Vittone further revolutionized the agricultural machinery market with the production of variable folding plows, Non-Stop spring subsoilers, and the first 4-element disc harrows. The markets expanded, and in addition to Italy, Vittone products were also marketed in Romania, Lithuania, Moldova, and France.
